What is Repaired Forever?
Repaired Forever is our lifetime coverage on qualifying repairs performed by Chesrown Chevrolet. If a covered part that we repaired fails, we will fix that same repair again at no charge for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the program’s terms and exclusions.
How it works
- Bring your vehicle to our Delaware, OH service department for diagnosis and repair.
- Qualify when the individual repair line meets the program criteria during service. Criteria typically include a minimum repair amount per line item and coverage on approved parts and labor.
- Keep your repair order and program registration. If that covered repair fails later, we repair it again under Repaired Forever.

What’s typically covered
Coverage focuses on the exact repair performed by our team. If that covered component fails again, we will replace or repair it under the program, subject to authorization and the published terms in effect on your repair date.

What’s not typically covered
- Wear items and maintenance services such as filters, fluids, belts, wiper blades, tires, bulbs
- Cosmetic and body items such as trim, paint, glass, and interior pieces
- Pre-existing conditions before the repair date or non-qualifying repairs below the minimum line amount
- Misuse, abuse, modifications, or damage from continued operation after a failure
How to start a claim
- Stop driving if continued use may cause damage.
- Call Chesrown Service at (740) 363-6323 to discuss symptoms and next steps.
- Provide your repair order and program registration so we can verify coverage and obtain authorization.
- Bring the vehicle to Chesrown or an authorized facility per the program administrator’s direction.
Authorization is required before repairs begin under Repaired Forever.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Repaired Forever include both parts and labor?
Yes. When a repair qualifies at the time of service, the covered part and the labor to perform that same repair are included.
Is there a minimum dollar amount for a repair to qualify?
Yes. A minimum per-line repair amount applies. Your advisor will confirm eligibility on your estimate and final repair order.
What if my vehicle still has a factory warranty or extended service contract?
Those protections usually apply first. If a repair is already covered by another warranty or contract, it would not enroll under Repaired Forever.
Are wear items like hoses, spark plugs, tires and filters covered?
Wear items are excluded. Component categories like brakes and batteries can qualify when replaced under a repair that meets program criteria.
Is coverage transferable if I sell the vehicle?
No. Repaired Forever applies to the original owner listed on the repair order and program registration.
